SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping and Return Policy
Return and exchange shipping is at the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be made within two weeks (14 days) of the delivery date. The customer will be reimbursed with store credit only after the returned item has been received. Returns that are received after the 14 days will be sent back at the customer's expense. Returned items are to be neatly folded and wrapped to prevent damage during shipping. We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit. If your package is lost during transit, you must file a claim with the postal service.
Exchanges
Items will only be exchanged if requested by the customer via email (emsithelabel@gmail.com). Exchanges can only be made if the item is in stock. If the requested item is out of stock, the exchange will be substituted with store credit only.
Store Credit
Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card and will expire 30 days after the issue date.
Frequently Asked Questions
What cannot be returned?
Items purchased on sale, with store credit, or discount code cannot be returned. Items that have been worn, washed, torn, stained, etc. No item can be returned with hair, deodorant marks, or odors (perfume included). Items that are determined to be unwearable will be sent back at the customer's expense.
What can be returned?
Items that were purchased at regular price, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, deodorant, hair, odors, etc. can be returned.
Can I cancel my order?
No, orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.
What do I do if my item is damaged upon arrival?
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item via email (willowriverclothing@gmail.com) including a description and photo of the damage.
How many times can I return items?
We only accept 3 returns per year per customer with valid reasoning.
